What industries do you work with?
We work exclusively with service businesses — plumbers, roofers, HVAC and electrical companies, restoration specialists, moving companies, cleaning services, hospitality groups, medical practices and legal firms. If your business generates leads through phone calls or contact forms, we can help.
How long before I see results?
Results are typically visible within 7–14 days of campaigns going live. Meaningful cost-per-lead data takes longer — we review weekly and report monthly so you can see the trend as it develops.
Is the monthly fee separate from my ad spend?
Yes. Our management fee starts at R3,500 per month and is entirely separate from your advertising budget. Ad spend is paid directly to Google, never through us. We require a minimum ad spend of R7,500 per month for campaigns to work properly.
Do I own my Google Ads account?
Always. The account is yours, you retain full ownership and access, and if we ever part ways it stays with you — along with all of its history and data.
Am I locked into a contract?
No. We work month to month. We earn your business every month by delivering results, not by trapping you in paperwork.
How do I know my budget is being spent correctly?
You get live dashboard access showing exactly where every rand goes and what it returns, plus a monthly report. And you deal with Vogien directly — not an account manager relaying answers.
