White-label Google Ads for agencies and freelancers

Your clients want Google Ads. We run their accounts under your name, or work with them directly on referral. You keep the relationship either way.

Built for web designers, SEO freelancers and marketing agencies whose clients win work through calls and enquiries.

Prepared by Your Agency

Your name on the report. LeadSurge doesn’t appear anywhere your client can see.

Your clients are already asking.

If you build websites or run SEO, you’ve had the Google Ads question. Most agencies have three answers, and none of them are good.

Say no

The client finds someone else for ads, and that someone starts pitching them your services as well.

Do it yourself

Google Ads punishes part-time attention. A neglected account costs the client money and costs you credibility.

Refer it out blind

You hand a client relationship to someone you haven’t vetted, with nothing in writing.

Two ways to work together.

Pick the one that fits how you run your business. You can use both, client by client.

Everything inside the account.

Plus the tracking that tells you and your client whether it’s working.

Build or takeover

New accounts built around how the client actually gets customers. Existing accounts audited before we change anything.

Conversion tracking

Call tracking and offline conversion imports, so Google optimises for real leads, not button clicks.

Weekly management

Search terms, bids, ads and budgets reviewed every week, not once a month before the report goes out.

Branded reports

Plain-language monthly reports in your branding that your client can read without a glossary.

Landing pages, if you need them

Available for partners who don’t build websites. If you do, the pages stay with you.

Straight answers

If a client isn’t a good fit for Google Ads, we tell you before you sell it, not three months in.

How a partnership works

Partner call

We talk through your clients, how you work and which model suits you. You get partner rates afterwards.

Partner agreement

A short agreement covering confidentiality and non-solicitation in both directions, so your clients stay yours.

Client intake

You pass on a short form covering the business, service areas, offers and goals. No extra discovery calls.

Access

The client owns their Google Ads account and pays Google directly. It links to your manager account and we’re added as users.

Build and launch

Tracking first, then campaigns. You approve everything before it goes live.

Monthly reporting

A branded report lands with you each month, ready to send on or walk the client through.

How we count leads.

The part of Google Ads your clients can’t check for themselves is what gets counted as a lead. This is where most accounts quietly go wrong.

Every lead is tracked in CallRail. Only first-time callers and form submissions count, and only calls a person has marked as qualified are imported back into Google Ads. CallRail logged 539 contacts from ads over the period; the account counts 467. The 13% gap is deliberate: repeat customers and abandoned calls don’t count.

With the account rebuilt around real first-time customers, cost per lead went from over $70 to about $35 on the same budget.

We’ve done this job from the inside. Vogien has worked in agencies in the US and South Africa, and he and Tumaini worked together at a South African agency before LeadSurge. Meet the team.

Know your margin before you quote.

Partner rates are a monthly fee per account, based on the client’s ad spend, so you know your cost before you price the work to your client. We share them after a first call, once we understand the kind of clients you work with. We don’t publish prices.

Ad spend is always separate. It’s paid by your client, straight to Google, from their own account. For a sense of what your clients might need to spend, try the Google Ads cost calculator or read what Google Ads really costs in South Africa.

We’re a two-person team, so we take on a limited number of partners at a time. That keeps the weekly work weekly.

Questions partners ask.

Will my client know LeadSurge is involved?

Not on the white-label model. Reports carry your branding, and we only speak to your client if you want us to, using the name and email address you choose.

Who pays for the ad spend?

Your client pays Google directly, on their own card, in their own Google Ads account. Neither of us carries their ad spend.

Can you take over an existing Google Ads account?

Yes. We audit it first and tell you what we’d keep, fix or rebuild before any changes are made.

Is there a minimum ad budget?

There’s no blanket minimum. What a client needs depends on their trade, what a job is worth and local click prices, and we work that out before you quote. If a budget is too small to produce useful data, we say so upfront.

What if my client competes with one of yours?

We check before taking an account on. We won’t run two accounts bidding against each other for the same work in the same area, whether they come through you or directly.

What happens if we stop working together?

The Google Ads account belongs to the client and stays with them, along with its history and data. We remove our access and hand over notes on the setup. There’s no lock-in; partnerships run month to month.

Talk it through.

A short call to see whether white-label Google Ads fits your business. No pitch deck. Vogien will come back to you within one business day.
